With the intention of developing a high quality lettings and management service in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, BMB acquired two established businesses in 1999.
Fraser Timms was managing a number of high quality properties in the Borough for a wide range of clients based both in London and overseas. BMB also acquired R&R Rentals which had long traded very successfully in the much sought-after areas of Cadogan Square, Eaton Square and Belgravia.
